The attentiveness of the receptionist was fantastic however comma I came in for breathing issues(needing a breathing treatment) and maybe so other test . and you guys asked me so many questions while I was struggling to breathe. I felt like there was no sense of urgency, I needed that breathing treatment fast quick and in a hurry. The prolonged questions and vitals were so frustrating because I was wheezing soo bad . I understand that you need to ask some things but you even stated that you may want to administer a covid test / I just needed a solution in that moment for my breathing. I know there were other patients and you guys are prolly super busy. I just felt like my breathing problems weren’t taking seriously.

This might be one of the best and worse urgent cares in Grand Prairie.I was here a little over a week ago and had a great experience, but today was a different story.From the moment I walked in the experience with the front desk personal was rude and unprofessional.Even with a appointment I had waited 35 mins after and never was even asked for identification or a payment method for my insurance copay.Had a reschedule for later in the day .

I recently visited this facility for treatment and was immediately greeted by a friendly staff member for a prompt check-in. Their online check-in system is highly accurate, which is a major plus since it eliminates excessive waiting and lets you leave home when it is almost your turn. Both the nurse and the treating physician were deeply attentive, ensuring I felt valued and well-cared for throughout my visit. Overall, it was a remarkably quick and pleasant experience.

I had a great experience here and wanted to take a moment to recognize the wonderful staff. I needed an EKG for my upcoming surgery, and after being told by several other urgent care clinics and CareNow locations that they could not help me, this clinic stepped up and provided the service I needed.
Everyone was friendly and professional, but I especially want to thank the lady who took my vitals and assisted me during my visit. I had my grandmother with me and didn't want to leave her alone in the waiting room. When we came to the door, she greeted my grandmother with such kindness and compassion. She made us both feel welcome, and my grandmother was so touched by her kindness that she gave her a hug.
She continued to be just as sweet throughout the visit, answering questions, making me feel comfortable, and helping with my EKG. It's rare to find people who genuinely care about their patients, and her kindness made a lasting impression on us.
Thank you to the entire team for providing excellent customer service and quality care. I truly appreciate the help I received and highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for compassionate and professional healthcare.

I was so impressed with just first visit at Care now clinic in Grand Prairie Texas. I just walked there without having any appointment and just within few minutes of waiting time, my lab test was done. The receptionist and lab technician are so friendly and cooperative. It is worth to visit this clinic for proper health care.

Show care now had really hooked me up and taken care of me from day one if you got a problem or you need to see a doctor this is where you wanna go. They do have emergencies at slow them down sometimes but that’s normal so if you need some help, you need to see a doctor you need to come to car care now in your neighborhood and get yourself fixed up. Have a good day.
