The attentiveness of the receptionist was fantastic however comma I came in for breathing issues(needing a breathing treatment) and maybe so other test . and you guys asked me so many questions while I was struggling to breathe. I felt like there was no sense of urgency, I needed that breathing treatment fast quick and in a hurry. The prolonged questions and vitals were so frustrating because I was wheezing soo bad . I understand that you need to ask some things but you even stated that you may want to administer a covid test / I just needed a solution in that moment for my breathing. This might be one of the best and worse urgent cares in Grand Prairie.I was here a little over a week ago and had a great experience, but today was a different story.From the moment I walked in the experience with the front desk personal was rude and unprofessional.Even with a appointment I had waited 35 mins after and never was even asked for identification or a payment method for my insurance copay.Had a reschedule for later in the day .
I recently visited this facility for treatment and was immediately greeted by a friendly staff member for a prompt check-in. Their online check-in system is highly accurate, which is a major plus since it eliminates excessive waiting and lets you leave home when it is almost your turn. Both the nurse and the treating physician were deeply attentive, ensuring I felt valued and well-cared for throughout my visit. Overall, it was a remarkably quick and pleasant experience.
