The representative who answered the phone was very helpful and honest.There was a short wait in the office even though I checked in and registered online and had to sign a paper, but it wasn’t bad, just basic information.I liked the doctor helping me, Ms. Nguyen. She was so sweet, made sure I was comfortable, and took her time with me even to explain any additional questions I had.Hopefully not anytime soon lol but if I ever need to go to urgent care again I would definitely come back here.
Staff was phenomenal with aiding in-processing and directional instructions;PA Nguyen was very knowledgeable and professional in her assessment on my visit, I left with the information needed to assist in my recovery.
The Doctor that helped me this time was really good. Took the time to check me well, ask my symptoms and took the time to answer my questions. Thank you Dr. Kristie Nguyen.Also thank you to everyone else.
