We had been having problems with flickering lights in our master bathroom and closet. Steve came out and checked all of the bath outlets. He was very determined to find a solution. The flickering finally stopped, but 30 minutes later it started again. The next day, Steve promptly came out again and checked the master bedroom. He finally determined it was a CPAP machine causing the problem. We truly appreciate everything Steve did to help us solve this issue!! We also appreciated his persistence and professionalism. Alonzo was absolutely amazing! He not only fixed my Control4 system, but he helped me label everything so I could take care of it for myself and he helped with my thermostats. He answered all my questions and was a fabulous technician in every way.
We had an issue with our new build (one year later) and Jonah Gundling came out to fix our issue. He was personable and concurred we had a problem He resolved the problem and made a video to be used to train other techs so other people would not experience the same problem. Loved his level of professionalism.
