Brady Pest Control was professional and friendly from the first call. They actually called me back when I did not leave a message in the initial call. I was reminded of the appointment several times and they called within an hour of arrival. The technician, Lathan, was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions and then proceeded to take care of the entire house, top to bottom. I appreciate his professionalism and friendliness. My mothers' house need attention quickly and that's what we got. They were able to spray her house within a day or two.

This was a wonderful experience from start to finish! When I first contacted them, Parris helped me and explained all of the options very well and was very friendly and not pushy at all. Promptly they got us seen within 2 days. Parris, was our technician and he was on-time, walked the property with us and explained the process, thoroughly.
