Alan took the time to explain his findings. He patiently answered our questions. I recommend this company. Would definitely use again. Alan did an excellent job. I hired a contractor to remodel my shower and the contractor ended up flooding my ceiling and fixing the issue but I hired Alan to come out and evaluate to make sure they didn't do a half job. Alan came and evaluated the damage in the ceiling and the overall shower remodel job in addition to inspecting other parts of my condo (I just purchased it about 10 months ago and didn't do the initial inspection). He identified caulking and shower head installation issues that I was able to bring up to the contractor. If I didn't have him catch that my shower would have continued to leak without me knowing.
