Alta Pest Control provides good customer service. Technicians like Cade, Tristan, and Gustavo are polite, professional, and mindful of customers' homes. Tristan is described as easy to talk to and helpful, even noticing a wasp nest before being told about it. Gustavo speaks Spanish and was able to explain services to a customer who didn't speak English. While payment explanations could be clearer, customers generally appreciate the service.

He was very nice and explained what he was doing. He apologized for the short notice. I had pulled out of the driveway to go to Rhome to get my granddaughter when he texted me. I turned around and went back.
