I used ZIPlawn for 3 years for my mothers house in Granbury. They were always prompt and I liked getting emails telling me the service was completed or it wasn't completed and the reason for that. They are very affordable and also offer a variety of other yard services which I used.

They're a "manicuring service not a mowing service". Which means you have no control over the frequency they mow. They moved me from bi-weekly to weekly and refused to change it back. It would be up to the mowers to decide whether we could go back to bi-weekly.
Additionally, my experience with their customer service was extremely poor with unanswered emails and phone calls where the rep kept interrupting me and talking over me.

Had to replace sprinkler heads multiple times after lawn service, never once told of the damage. Charged for lawn service that never happened (scheduled for Thursday, shifted to Friday, emailed as complete, lawn not cut on Saturday)

Beware of this company. They canceled my service today because they said they are not Landscaping company and don't move flower pots. He said that today the crew was weed eating and damaged a hanging globe. The globe my daughter gave to me and it was very expensive. So instead of apologizing the canceled my service. They also damaged another item I've had for years and never apologized or replaced. The globe was hanging on a 6 ft hanger out of the wayThey're awful company.
