First time customer here. (I'll deginitely return!) Went to get a cut and style. Ended up getting a wash, cut and style. Rachel was amazing. I arrived early for my appointment and she got me in right away. She listened to what I wanted and asked me questions about my preferences and what I was comfortable with. Very affordable service being under $50 (not including tip) and Rachel was friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and skilled. As far as the business itself, the floorplan was open and welcoming and I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. I have gone to another salon in Granbury where they don't even acknowledge you until it's your appointment time. I also liked that the music they had in the background wasn't blaring and over stimulating.

I've been in Granbury for just over a year now and have had a couple of other places in town trim my hair, but Rachel at The Hair Company has easily been the best! You can tell she doesn't try to rush and takes pride in what she does. Will definitely be my go to from now on.

Serena did a good job on my hair, and I can tell she works hard and cares about her clients. My first visit — a partial highlight with toner and a trim — was about $130 and felt reasonable.
Since then, though, the price has jumped to over $200, which was a shock, especially considering this isn’t a high-end salon. I recently paid for my daughter to get her hair done, and the total felt way too high
If you go, just be sure to talk about the price upfront so there aren’t any surprises. The work is solid, but the pricing has started to feel out of sync with the overall experience.

My wife just went there for her first experience at 2:00 pm today. The salon lady miss cut my wife’s hair. I wouldn’t recommend going here. She spent $175 for what choppy hair and cut about 5 inches of hair off. I Will be getting a refund. my wife’s hand in the picture is where her hair started.

After a great deal of searching for someone who specializes in short hair, I finally found Cris. Short hair is her jam and the cut she gave me is exactly what I envisioned. I’ve gone back several times and been thrilled after every visit. The cut is so good that it still looks great when I return after seven weeks. I only wish I’d found Cris sooner.

Serena did an amazing job on my hair, I showed her a reference picture and we talked about what would be best, she gave her professional opinion and listened to my concerns and answered all my question. It was the best hair cut of my life! The salon was clean great atmosphere, I was helped immediately and greeted with positive energy when I walked in. I highly recommend you book an appointment!

My hair was done by Cris, she was excellent and gave me the hairstyle the fit me best. It’s so beautiful and I’m 100% satisfied with her service and unique personality! She just knew what to do, even tho I was really unsure of what I wanted, she knew I NEEDED. Gave me confidence I didn’t know I had. If I could give 10 stars I would. (P.S. My hair looked like a lost cause before I came here)

I had a very nice cut, it turned out just how I wanted it to look. However on there website it said teen cuts are $35, I was told over the phone that it cost $35 for a trim and $45 for a trim, wash, and style. When I got there and had a trim, wash and style I was charged $65. Which is really expensive for a simple trim and wash, there was no special styling, just a blow dry. It was a really nice place, friendly service, and a great cut - but I was disappointed with the cost - especially since I called ahead to ask for the price and was told it would be $45 - then showed up and was charged $65….Im not sure I would come back because of that. We went back and asked for clarification on why I was charged that much when they had already told me a different price, they said it was because I had thick hair - doesn’t make sense, won’t be back unfortunately.
Cleanliness: Very clean looking facility.
Stylist: Marina did a very nice job and gave me the exact cut I was looking for!

Impulsively decided to cut my hair today. I looked at salons and their reviews near me and this salon came up. The reviews were good and they did not disappoint. Mindy did a great job super happy with the cut. She was very professional and respectful of the small amount of time that I had carved out for myself. Highly recommend this salon!
