My experience with premium Outdoors was excellent. Their representative came out and gave me a verbal estimate of the cost of the work to be done and a time frame of a couple of weeks to start work. The next day I received an email with the formal proposal/contract clearly stating the scope of the work. A date was set to start work but the weather intervened and a new date set. The workers arrived on time and did an excellent job repairing my stone patio and even performed a couple of fixes that weren't in the contract.

Hugo & his fantastic team installed a beautiful flagstone patio which involved correcting some drainage issues & building a short portion of our retaining wall. I can't brag enough about the work ethic Hugo & his crew have! Hugo is very experienced & knowledgeable. He & his crew were never late and worked very hard all day long! They were all so polite and respectful! At the end of everyday, they left the place spotless! It was amazing! I HIGHLY recommend them! You will not be disappointed!
