The owner came out to an event in pecan for Hood County Animal Control. He was amazing in more ways than one. He not only made pup cups for any dog walking around, he also made one for all the adoptable dogs. Made adoption gift baskets, helped with donations, etc. I have heard nothing but good things but this was my first experience, first of many. Thank you again!

The best pet supply store. We have kitties and Ace always points me in the right direction. Great variety of food and treats. The staff is so helpful too. Delivery is great too with our busy lives.

They did a great job trimming my dog’s nails. The staff was calm, confident, and clearly knew how to handle dogs without stressing them out. The trim was quick, clean, and done safely, which is exactly what matters. I left with a happy dog and smooth floors at home. I would absolutely go back.

My partner and I took my mother’s dog to do the self wash and did some sanitary grooming! The staff could not have been more accommodating when needed! Clean, easy set up and we look forward to coming back in the next few weeks!

Bad Experience That Stuck With Me – Do Not Use
It’s been over 3 years since I last used Paw Country, and the experience was bad enough that I still feel it’s worth warning others. My dog was repeatedly nicked during grooming, and they blamed her for being “jumpy.” At her new groomer, she’s never had this problem — so clearly the issue was with Paw Country.
When I called them out, the manager told me to just “go somewhere else.” That level of disregard is unacceptable. Even years later, I can say with confidence: do not use them!

Best place in our little town of Granbury to buy your dog food. They only buy high quality food from very reputable and certifiably sources. Owner is very knowledgeable about all the brands he carries and keeps up to date on changes to those brands. Prices are very reasonable and usually better than the bigger chain stores. Staff is extreamly helpful, knowledgeable, and quick to help. I have no problem recommending this business, highly recommended.
