Staff is efficient, extremely knowledgeable and very personable. They really work hard to ensure that you are taken care of in as stress-free manner as possible; that appropriate authorizations are made to facilitate service; that insurance is well-coordinated for payments.
Dentist was thorough in exam; excellent in explanation of issues; as well as discussing & developing a plan of treatment. He was gentle, considerate and thorough in the work done. Very pleased.
Dr Hashim was fantastic!! I have had terrible dental experiences in the past and he acknowledged all of my concerns. He made me feel comfortable and cared for in the right way. My hygienist, Carson, was so knowledgeable and kind. She educated me so well and taught proper dental care without making me feel dumb for doing it wrong prior. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!
Tiffany was AMAZING!!! I'm terrified at the dentist usually and she made me feel so relaxed. She has the greatest personality and made it a fun experience (crazy to say at the dentist for me lol). Also, she seemed to know her stuff pretty well I'm suprised she isn't a dentist. Her work was very quick but she made sure it was all done really well too. I was getting a permanent crown and had a previous gum injury from the temp crown. She worked around it really well.
