“Reason for visit: Routine colonoscopy.
While the visit wasn't perfect the organizational response to the initial issues was extraordinary. In short, I arrived early to my scheduled arrival time and had no clear indication of how to check in. Others in the waiting room had the same concerns. There were two people handling the check-in process and they would come out of there rooms and say "who's next"? Of course the whole room stood up. <sigh> I said to the person that I had a 7:20am checkin time and she said, "I'll take you next". They didn't seem to have any organization or awareness of the checkin times that the facility handed out. Apparently, they were missing a person that handled that organization part. Whatever. The cool part was the department actually doing the procedure were aware of my tardiness and basically took charge of the process. Soon there after I was in my gown prepping for the procedure. After that everything was remarkable which is why I'm commenting. :) Dr. Kahn, the staff, the nurses were top notch, professional, courteous, if not humorous at times. While it does help my mood that the procedure outcome was wonderful the staff's actions stand on their own.

I would definitely go back and recommend Lake Granbury Medical Center.“

While I love my primary care physician, Dr. Letellier, I have received good care from all the other staff. The wait times have always seemed reasonable and the service has always been friendly and helpful. I think it's a great clinic.“
