Although the prices are kinda high, the costumer service is beyond expectations. Tristen S. Was phenomenal in explaining my issue, giving solutions, and remedying the problem. Very polite and helpful.
We had a mixed experience with Lightfoot. When they first came out, their pricing was really unclear. We questioned the sales tactics and asked to speak to management and the tech was combative, defensive and wouldn’t allow us to speak to management. It was a frustrating experience and we didn’t really trust the work that was done, however the tech guaranteed that it would be under warranty and if issues arose within 30 days we’d be covered.
In 2 weeks - the issue with our condensate drain line continued. We called them back and a different tech, Josh, came out and he was awesome. He was kind, explained the work he was doing, fixed... read full review
Tristen G. came out to help us with our air conditioning. He figured out the problem and got it fixed right away! He was very professional and helpful. Answered all my questioning and checked on another issue we had. We are very happy with Lightfoot and purchased the membership as well. Thank you Tristen!
