They arrived when they said they would and worked efficiently. Friendly and professional. The price was comparable to others, but in my opinion the equipment was higher quality with a better warranty than others I compared them with. I would use them again.
The technician performed general maintenance on my HVAC unit and changed my air filters. He was professional, respectful, and kind. He took time to answer questions and review what he had done on this visit. He offered a quote for air duct cleaning and explained the importance of this service. There were some challenges in scheduling this visit due to my schedule and the weather.This particular technician offered to come on a Saturday that he had off and I greatly appreciated that. It happened that another date and time was available but his offer showed his heart and commitment to his work and company.
I didnt personally use them but I got my mother in law an appointment with them. She had been with out AC for over 24 hours because of an electrical issue. They were prompt and came very quickly to help her. Doug was very sweet to them and got my in laws back up and running in no time at all. Every chance I get I will call them no questions asked!
