The plumber and receptionist were kind and professional. However, the plumber did not believe I had an active water leak and recommended I get a tile worker to fix the issue. I was skeptical and got a second opinion and that plumber found an active water leak and fixed it. Again, these are nice folks and this is only one experience.

I have had good experiences with Pruitt. They are honest and they don't gouge the coustomer. However getting someone to answer the phone can be difficult. It seems like they need more help.
