I've had massages before and had a variety of experiences I would rate from mediocre to good. The ashiatsu massage with Meagan was a new experience and absolutely excellent. Work related problems left me with lower back and neck pain that was expertly addressed by Meagan and I felt so much better walking out after our session. I am looking forward to my next visit. Heel, Toe, and Sole is truly a hidden gem. The location is unassuming and quietly tucked away, but as soon as you step inside there's an immediate feeling that you have found something special. Meagan is absolutely amazing, and she has a true gift for healing. Meeting her for the first time, you can sense her caring heart. She has such a warm and healing presence, not to mention an intuitive and expert sense of finding where your body is hiding tension. I highly, highly recommend Meagan and Heel, Toe, and Sole to anyone and everyone!

Wow!!! Incredible! So professional and friendly. You truly feel welcomed! She truly has a gift. I have been to several massage therapists and she is by far hands down the best I have ever been to. As soon as you walk into her lobby you are greeted with absolutely beautiful, warm and welcoming decor. She actually has new patient paperwork for you to fill out, I feel that this is so missed by so many massage therapists. Her table and private studio is absolutely amazing. I walked in hardly able to turn my neck to the left. I have a lot of back issues and have had to get injections and all other kinds of therapy on my back.
