Dry Clean Super Center of Granbury

I took some cloths in for wash and fold because my washer was out. It cost $100+ for what would have been 2 loads of laundry at home. The cloths were kind of folded, but not well at all. Everything was wrinkled badly. I expect a premium service when being charged a premium price. Very disappointing. I will not go back.

Been using this cleaners for years. Today went in to pick up my cleaning and paid with debt card as always, but today I noticed a 2 dollar fee for using my debit card. Unless there are no other options, I will find another cleaners. More business are doing this, but I will not support them!

Brought my clothes once and they didn’t get the stain out, brought them again and came back with new stains? Worst place ever! Save your money and clothes please.

I dropped off a shirt, when I went to pick it up it wasn't pressed correctly. They did offer to rewash and repress but I didn't have time. My problem is they charge a 50 Cent surcharge give no notification of what it is they say they charge every ticket 50 cents whether you have a big load of laundry or a little load of laundry so I had one long sleeve shirt wash press only no starch and was charged $6.12 because they charged me a 50 Cent surcharge which they didn't have any idea what was for and they had to call the owner to find out what that was about and they think it's for recycling purposes. However I used a debit card to pay so I didn't get the cash discount they advertised which I did notice after I went inside is posted on a 3x5 sticker on the window that you can't read from your car where it's located and you have to look for it on the front door. I just think that should be more visible to customers. They say everybody charges to use a card which is not so. Most businesses don't charge you to use a debit card because it's instant money they're doing away with the pennies and instead of averaging up or down whether it's three cents or not every business is rounding up causing the consumer to pay the price of not having the penny and The Business is making money. Not the workers fault but definitely a company management problem. I feel like we should be more transparent and not try to hide the fact that they are charging extra.

Saturday May 31st @ 8:20am no one at the store no sign with explanation phone does not allow for a message to be left nor is their a message explaining why the business is not open at 8:00am per posted Saturday business hours. Would be nice if at least a message would be put of the phone recording the reason for closed or they will open late. No way of reaching anyone.

I went to this place due to the highest rating in town. I paid $40 dollars. My clothes didn't look, smell, or feel cleaned. The clothes looked as if put on a rinse cycle and nothing else. To make matters worse, I was missing a $45 shirt and all of my socks. I asked about the shirt, and I was told they remembered folding it but had no idea where it was. I have not heard anything else, and well, you figure it out. The people were at least nice while they decimated my out of town clothing supply.

Absolutely HORRIBLE. I had a brand new white dress and 5 Mens dress shirts to be ironed.
There was a rust stain on the dress and a burn mark on one of the shirts.
Owner wouldn't do ANYTHING to compensate me. She said I brought them to her that way!!

That's why I needed them pressed. I'll NEVER go back!!

Worst customer service in Hood County. 10/10 don't recommend Granbury Dry Clean. They set there and told me everything i wanted to hear and did the complete opposite double charged me and then said my account was set up to charge and pay every two weeks, and that was not the case. Worst service ever.

The employees are always so polite and friendly. They know our names.

Never had an issue with service. People are always friendly and my clothes are always clean.
