I dropped off a shirt, when I went to pick it up it wasn't pressed correctly. They did offer to rewash and repress but I didn't have time. My problem is they charge a 50 Cent surcharge give no notification of what it is they say they charge every ticket 50 cents whether you have a big load of laundry or a little load of laundry so I had one long sleeve shirt wash press only no starch and was charged $6.12 because they charged me a 50 Cent surcharge which they didn't have any idea what was for and they had to call the owner to find out what that was about and they think it's for recycling purposes. I had my wedding dress repaired and dry cleaned here- 27 year old satin dress that my aunt wore for her wedding- they did an awesome job with it and they were SO kind. Even with all of my wedding induced anxiety, they were very understanding and patient. The also got it done VERY quickly. They also took back my fiancé's shirt back free of charge when we noticed there were some starch marks on it. Would definitely recommend!
At a wedding, I spilled my drink all over my satin dress. I needed the stains removed to wear again. I originally took it to Heritage and when I went to pick it up it looked like it had not been touched. All stains were visibly present. Was told that was the best they could do. I took that same dress to this establishment and they removed all stains!! The professionalism was amazing. They were open and honest with the timeliness and care for my dress. I 10/10 recommend them and I switched to only use them as I trust them with my clothes.Service: Special care fabric cleaning
