“Had a mix up with delivery of flowers a couple days ago. Not sure who was at fault…my son most likely, who was supposed to get the flowers at the front gate of the ranch where he was staying. Regardless, Michelle at the shop made it right and refunded my money. I appreciate the customer service!! I’ll do business with them again if the need arises.“
