Florists in Weatherford

“After having my order cancelled with a larger, national florist network at the last minute, I was desperate to find a florist local to where mother lives in Weatherford (I'm a few hours away). I found Special Impressions and placed my order on the Saturday before Mother's Day, having little hope that they would actually be delivered on time. Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond anyone's control, the flowers not delivered in time for the special day. Later in the day on Sunday, I received a long voicemail from the owner, Allen, offering a very heart felt apology for the situation and offering to try and make up for it. So, on the Monday after, my mother received a call from him and they delivered an upgraded bouquet to her place of work.

I'm leaving out a lot of small details, but Allen and the whole team at Special Impressions went above and beyond in making up for a situation that was beyond their control, going so far as to reach out to other suppliers looking for flowers that Allen said he would feel comfortable representing the quality his shops strives to deliver. After the flowers were delivered, he followed-up to let me know, with further apologies and a guarantee to make sure it doesn't happen again in the future.

I will definitely be using Special Impressions in the future for any flower deliveries in the Weatherford area. Thank you very much Allen and team!“
