Daffan is the best!!! We were without air conditioning on a very hot day and they came out and diagnosed the problem, and had us back Cooling the next day with a new system. Great service and so easy to work with. They will be my choice always.
I called Daffan at 9AM because our heat pump was not operating correctly. The friendly and helpful customer service representative took some basic details and scheduled a service call for the same day between 3-6PM with the expectation if an earlier appointment became available, a technician would call. Sure enough, an hour before the scheduled service window I received a call and met the technician, Jonathan, at the property. He presented as a confident and professional service technician.
