The HVAC system was open and used during a previous remodel and sucked up lots of dust. You could write your name inside the ducts. After CRS cleaned the system, air flow increased and no more dust in the house from the vents. The price was reasonable compared to other quotes.

John and his crew showed up on time to fix a spot under my kitchen sink . They had all the needed equipment and supplies to inspect, assess, and treat the moldy areas caused by the leak. They replaced the wood panel, sealed it beautifully. They left not even a crumb of wood or any type of mess behind.An excellent price also, for a job done to perfection. ❤️ Thanks again John to you and your team. Just like the first job you did for me?

I wanted to give a shout to John and his team at Crain Restoration Services as they responded quickly to a possible leak going on in my house between the second floor and the main floor ceiling. Once there they evaluated the location with an infrared camera and after finding no issues. Instead of cutting a hole in the sheetrock, John removed a speaker from the ceiling and was able to get his head through the opening and found no issues. John recommended to have a plumber come in and perform a pressure check and scope the drains for any pinhole leaks.
