The team is exceptional, the vets are exceptional! I usually never have to wait and can almost always get a same-day appointment. I’ve had to call on an emergency basis three times and they’ve always got me right in. Wouldn’t recommend anybody but ACV Grandbury.
We had our Maltipoo’s first appointment at All Creatures today. Despite our girl Callie’s crankiness, they were wonderful with her. We knew they would be, as we’ve had great experiences there in the past. Dr. Esposito, Tessa, and Mackenzie were so patient with Callie. They treated her like she was one of their own. The girls up front who have helped us (September, Demi, and Taylor) are so sweet and kind. I HIGHLY recommend All Creatures!! They are the only ones I trust with my fur-babies.
The staff were very professional and empathetic! Tessa took extra good care of my cat that had been attacked. She not only calmed down the cat but did a fine job with me as well! Dr Esposito is a true professional who knows and understands his craft. I highly recommend this clinic for your pet needs! Outstanding people!
