I called and got an immediate answer (no crummy robots), he arrived hours later and diagnosed & fixed my problem within 5 minutes. He also explained the problem to me (we simply had a clogged AC drain) and provided me with instructions on aftercare (keeping the AC fan on for a few days to dry out the closet). Incredible service!!

Originally went to accompany my 65 year old mother who was needing her ears pierced and was so impressed with how comfortable he made my mom feel in an atmosphere that she’s never been in.

This was the BEST experience I have had since moving to Texas. The women here are so patient and kind. They took the time to go through the tanning booth with me. I am Deaf so the audible prompts I could not hear but they worked with me so I would know when it was time to do each step. They also welcomed Windy? and did not tell me to come back without her.This is hands down the best experience I have had. Thank you so much!
