I called and got an immediate answer (no crummy robots), he arrived hours later and diagnosed & fixed my problem within 5 minutes. He also explained the problem to me (we simply had a clogged AC drain) and provided me with instructions on aftercare (keeping the AC fan on for a few days to dry out the closet). Incredible service!!

Originally went to accompany my 65 year old mother who was needing her ears pierced and was so impressed with how comfortable he made my mom feel in an atmosphere that she’s never been in.
Was so pleased that my sister and myself set up an appointment next month to get “sister” tattoos while she is in town for 4th of July. It was very easy to communicate what we are wanting, very reasonable quote on price and are very much looking forward to updating the review once it’s complete!
Just happened to grab a last minute opening for a massage with Kira and am so glad I did! She worked hard to ease tension in my neck, shoulders and back. The whole place is so professional and lovely. I am wonderfully pleased and look forward to my next visit!
I have been looking for awhile for a stylist that could give my 12 old son a good haircut we were both happy with.. he may be a lil picky lol. This place is awesome. This was the BEST experience I have had since moving to Texas. The women here are so patient and kind. They took the time to go through the tanning booth with me. I am Deaf so the audible prompts I could not hear but they worked with me so I would know when it was time to do each step. They also welcomed Windy? and did not tell me to come back without her.This is hands down the best experience I have had. Thank you so much!
After trying all the other Graham based outfits and one out of Wichita Falls, glad to have finally found Air Smart (after asking several local construction general contractors who they use personally), an HVAC company that is not trying to turn a molehill into a mountain finally!
