My husband and I wanted to build our own house within a 1-year time frame. We decided to hire out the shell and finish out the interior ourselves. We researched multiple companies, but ended up going with Dillon Shell Homes because of their quick time frame, flexibility, and unbeatable prices. We are extremely happy with the results. They delivered on everything that they were responsible for. Deciding to build a home is a big step. Especially when you do your own GC for finishing.Finding and using Dillon homes was a great decision. They were extremely helpful in establishing a sequence of priorities for me to follow. One of the main things needed to building yourself.But the main thing that prompted me to write a review was the integrity they hold as the foundation for their business.It is head and shoulders above average. They want you to succeed and have always been more than fair and reasonable.I am extremely pleased with the home they built for me. And cannot stress the importance of having a contractor with such a high level of expertise and integrity.
