Dennis delivered as promised he would and even more, when we changed our mind at the last minute on some of the design. It wasn’t a problem for him. He took care of it and never complained. Anytime we asked them to do something they obliged. We had the house built close to 4 years ago and I never got around to placing a review till now. I would recommend them any day. Thanks Dennis.

Exceptional service with this young man Sergio at Cavco Home Center in Splendora; he showed my family and I three beautiful homes that we loved. Sergio was patient, kind, honest, and he has a sense of humor. My family and I are greatful for the time he took to show us the beautiful homes they have available.

Ryan Warnken is absolutely the BEST guy to work with in their Splendora office!! He is very thorough and such a pleasure to purchase our home with. He has been patient with us as we have been searching for the right property before finally being able to follow through on buying through Cavco...over a year and a half now!
