The team that came out to install our internet were very professional and friendly. They worked quickly and efficiently. Thanks to GVEC we finally have internet service for the first time. Thank you for supporting our youth at the Nixon-Smiley Livestock Show.
I was a little disappointed with my latest service schedule , until I was able to hear that the electrician had an emergency call in the morning before my scheduled appointment. No one called or texted to advise of this delay. After I learned the reason for the delay, I was ok with the order completed later in the day.
Trevor was apologetic, and very polite. He looked over what had to be done to complete the order- gave me a price and possible time line for getting it done. I look forward to that completion date. He explained services and charges. Thank you!
Kent was great! Located the issue right away. Did have the part needed on his truck and able to replace within a short time. Was helpful in explaining what happened. I greatly appreciated the prompt service!
