The Beatty family is very pleased with the results of choosing SWP Custom Homes for our recent build in Godley, TX. The experience from start to finish was smooth and effortless. We chose the lot and made our selections on the plan and any modifications before getting started which was clear with no hidden surprises. We had great communication with the group from SWP every step of the way and the speed at which they finished the project is a testament to their superior planning and scheduling. The craftmanship of the home really shows in the end as we can truly call the house our "dream home".

Although we did not have the pleasure of building an SWP custom home from start to finish we did buy an already completed home. We were so impressed with the quality and craftsmanship that made SWP an easy choice. We cannot thank them enough for building our dream home and we would absolutely work with them again in the future.

We’ve just completed a new home build with SWP Custom Homes. The experience was outstanding and the results truly impressive. I found the SWP team to be effective, efficient, professional, personable, considerate, and responsible. We started with a general idea, and they walked us thru developing plans, specification, contract. The actual build was effectively managed, in part because they are backed by a great team of tradesmen that they have built over years.
