We had trouble selling our house for around a year when the market was still brutal. Our place was on the market for almost a year and we were pretty stressed out, family growing, ect. We had concerns with our previous realtor and decided to switch. Mr. Roden is about as Texan as you get, honorable guy from what Ive seen. I never met his wife in person but spoke on the phone a few times, shes awesome too, very effectice. If you are looking for salt of the earth, honest and highly effective people I would definitely go with these guys. They had our house sold quickly, gave sage advice during the process on what to adress and are great communicators.
Rhett Roden made the whole experience selling my parents home easy after their unexpected passing last December. He took the time to explain everything to me, always checking in, answered my questions.
