I had an appointment on a Thursday they didn't show up until Friday. I understand sometimes places get busy but a call to say we can't make it until tomorrow would of been nice. The guy who came out did a really good job though.

I had taken two bids before JLBJ came out. When Erik arrived he was knowledgeable, personable, and direct on what we could do with what the property allowed. After meeting with him I felt very confident in using JLBJ.Krystal in the office took care of me to get all of the permits done and my other random questions. She was kind, polite, and patient.The crew arrived and they too were very personable, polite, and courteous of my property! They did a and beautiful job and left my property in the best raked level condition possible. Had them come out and change my sprinkler pump and paid $635. When I got home my septic lid was off which is under a pair tree so I am sure I have leaves that may suck into the pump. My sprinkler was pulled out of the ground and not put back properly. Last but not least PVC was left in my yard as well as the old pump. They did not clean up after themselves.
