Today Mike O'Sullivan, CA came to my home in the country and did a thorough assessment including inside and outside perimeters, examining all of our crawlspace and rafter and roof area. Several common sense and technical treatments were outlined and options given. I learned a lot from him and I choose his company for maintenance of building structure and pesticide treatments. Great service! We have had a recent uptick in scorpions and we expressed concerns and Brian said that he could add something specifically for that and asked where exactly they were spotted to make sure he hit those places.
