Today Mike O'Sullivan, CA came to my home in the country and did a thorough assessment including inside and outside perimeters, examining all of our crawlspace and rafter and roof area. Several common sense and technical treatments were outlined and options given. I learned a lot from him and I choose his company for maintenance of building structure and pesticide treatments. Professional and very reasonable.
Great service! We have had a recent uptick in scorpions and we expressed concerns and Brian said that he could add something specifically for that and asked where exactly they were spotted to make sure he hit those places.
Entec Pest Services (formerly Guaranteed Pest Services) is wonderful! Terisha has been the professional pest service technician for our residence and several rent houses for the last 4 years. She has become a valuable and trusted partner in keeping the properties free of termites and unwanted critters. I highly recommend her and Entec Pest Services.
