Really not good. I had a shirt brought in for a button replacement twice, and both times they didn't replace it. I also had to send several garments back. They refuse to remove stains from many of my garments due to the material. The employee said "oh we can't do that on silk". It wasn't even silk! I won't be back.

I went straight here after a very disappointing first attempt at Jack Brown Cleaners with some white tablecloths. The University Cleaners clerk discussed my options with me and gave me a great price. The experience between the two businesses was like night and day.

This location has been through several owners over the years. I've always stuck with it because it's right down the street from me, but I think I'm going to have to go elsewhere. We've had several issues with the last few drop-offs (including shrinking a number of my husband's shirts). Today I picked up an order, and the clerk said they didn't clean one of the sweaters 'because I need to sign a release form'. I asked why, since they've cleaned the sweater multiple times without a problem, and certainly without having to sign a form. She didn't really give me an answer, which is fine, but if this is a new policy, then why... read full review
