Requested a 90s type style cut for my pre-teen son. The stylist made him feel comfortable, which is why I made sure to give a 20% tip, however, there were random, obvious long strands that were missed, ranging from the side burns to the back of his head. We noticed how noticeable they were once he showered and styled his hair. It was also longer on the back and bottom than initially requested, but she said she asked my son and he was ok with it, but she wanted to double check with me. I enjoy the convenience of the app, the atmosphere, and the great hair cuts. I have had positive experiences with Rima, Eric, and Roshelle. Recently when Rima cut my hair she did exactly what I asked but when I got home and looked at it a bit more I didn't quite like the length. I went back the next day and not only did she quickly adjust it to my preference, but she thanked me for giving her the opportunity to fix it! Great staff.
