Roto Rooter is not at 1911 N Austin Avenue and doesn't have an office in Georgetown Texas and has not been there since 2025. They need to remove this address from their account. My company manages this property. They may be pretending to be at this address for franchising purposes. This needs to stop.

Had a technician come out a week ago to fix a couple of toilets that were constantly running. They replaced a valve on one toilet and tank hardware on both. After a lot of money and a little bit of time we were shown and ensured everything was fixed and working properly. About four days after, one of the toilets won't empty water from the bowl when flushing and has now started making ghost flushing noises and the other has started constantly running again. After what we were charged I would have expected things to actually be fixed.

The plumbing was simple. Change out a faucet, stop a slow leak in the shower . the plumber did have to go get a faucet for the kitchen, then charged us double what we could have paid on line. $1,600.00 plus is extravagant. Even for Sunday. The plumber was very cordial and professional.
