I never think to write reviews but I needed to take the time this time. Phillip has saved us 4 times now. All separate issues. We know we will need to replace our unit soon but he has gotten us through the last two years. Sadly he doesn't do those big jobs but I will still pay his fee to get a confirmation that it truly is dead before I replace. Honest and reliable. Cannot recommend him enough!!

Philip came at the end of one our hottest triple digit days, and correctly diagnosed the problem of my a/c not working. He assessed that I needed an electrician first...and then a new a/c (or not) would be determined after the electrical work was done. I appreciated his thoroughness explaining it all to me and also in writing. Helpful, kind, and honest! He was 100% correct about the issue I had, and as it turned out I did not need a new a/c.
