I started seeing Dr. Karley during my second trimester when pregnancy pain was really starting to set in, and I genuinely cannot say enough good things about her. She has been one of the biggest HELPs during my pregnancy. She is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, thorough, and truly invested in helping her patients feel better!! Every visit I left feeling relieved of pain and had a good plan in place to keep it from coming back

Pregnancy can be hard on the body, and finding someone who actually understands how to support pregnant women well is priceless. Dr. Karley helped me so much with pain, mobility, and overall comfort throughout pregnancy, I’d still be seeing her if I wasn’t MOVING!!
If you are pregnant, postpartum, or dealing with pain in general — go see her. I recommend her to absolutely everyone. 🤍

I first went to Dr. Karley for tailbone pain while pregnant but got SOOO much more in return than just being able to manage my tailbone pain. Dr. Karley helped me through my last trimester of pregnancy with pelvic floor exercises that not only helped me manage my tailbone pain but also helped me achieve my goal of an unmedicated VBAC! Her knowledge and the way she explains not just the moves but the why behind them helped me connect to my body and breathing. After her birthing class my husband and I left feeling so much more confident in going through the labor process again but this time with way more knowledge and hands on experience of labor positions and how he could better support me. We felt prepared. I am truly grateful to Dr. Karley and can’t wait for our postpartum sessions. It’s been worth the investment for this VBAC journey!

Dr. Karley is amazing! During my first pregnancy I did not do any pelvic floor exercises and I experienced a full tear during childbirth. This second time around I met with her about 1x/month and my delivery was a breeze! Barely any tearing and I was only in delivery for 2 minutes!

Pillar physiotherapy has been so valuable to me after having two children. I am especially thankful for the Medical Fitness Coaching program with Amber; I’ve been in this program for about a year after graduating from pelvic floor PT. Amber is so good at what she does! She has guided me and my prolapse through two 5k races, weight training, and pilates. Whatever fitness venture I choose to pursue, she is in my corner helping me do things the right way, specific to MY body, and that is not something that I can get from regular fitness trainers. At the beginning of my journey it was hard to imagine myself getting to the place where I am at now. I’m so thankful for Amber and for Pillar Physio. Pillar is actually the THIRD pelvic floor therapy facility I have been to, and it is hands down the most skilled and individualized care I’ve received.

Pillar physiotherapy has been life changing for me since having my son. Working with Dr. Emily and Amber has been a joy, and I’m sad my therapy is coming to a close with how well my body has responded! If you are needing any support pre-pregnancy, during pregnancy, or especially postpartum… look no further than Pillar! They truly are THE BEST and I look forward to all my appointments! Worth every penny!!!!

I had pelvic pain issues all through pregnancy, and it came back after having the baby. I started looking for a pelvic floor PT and chose Pillar after seeing that's all they do! I started going to Pillar about 5 months postpartum, and six months later, I am virtually pain free and able to run again!
I've worked most with Amber Gluth, and her knowledge of how the body works and how the pelvic floor is impacted by everything we do is incredible! I've also worked a little bit with Dr. Emily Murray, and she is also so knowledgeable about the pelvic floor and how physical and mental health are all interconnected.
I love Pillar's holistic approach. Also, their space is inviting and relaxing, and their staff are so friendly! I look forward to continuing to work with them and will definitely be using them in future pregnancy and postpartum experiences.

I would recommend treatment here to all pregnant mamas! I worked with Karley from my second trimester all the way through to delivery, and couldn’t haven’t had better results from my treatment here. I came in with pain from SPD as well as wanting to prepare for a smooth vaginal delivery. This was my first pregnancy, and Karley not only helped manage my SPD pain but also prepared me physically, mentally, and with so much knowledge and practice for labor and delivery. I ended up having a very smooth labor and delivery process, with little time pushing and no tears. I’m so grateful to Pillar and Karley for their knowledge and support, and will be coming back for postpartum recovery support.

Dr. Karley has been such a blessing! After giving birth, I knew I needed to see a pelvic floor therapist to help with my recovery. Dr. Karley is so knowledgeable, listened to all my concerns, explained everything in ways that were easy to understand, and targeted not just the pelvic floor, but my whole body (hips, ab separation, etc.). I learned so much from her, noticed vast improvements in between sessions, and felt more confident in understanding my body. She provided guidance on what to do at home if any symptoms reappear. I will definitely be coming back during my next pregnancy to prepare for birth, as well as my next postpartum journey. I am so grateful for Dr. Karley and Pillar Physio for everything they’ve done for me during this time.
