I had a crisis with my “must have” eyeglasses; very pricey pair bought from one of the big chain opticians...the arm broke the other day as I picked them up and I was not ready to replace them yet, need new Rx and waiting for the appointment. I had made a stop at another big store optician two days ago to ask for an emergency repair, they were unable to help me due to the type of part that needed to be replaced. I must give some thanks to this big store because they did suggest I try Phil Walden. Called today, explained my problem; she told me what time they close and said they would do their best. THEY CERTAINLY DID!!! Lindsay handled the repair. She didn’t have the same type of lever spring needed but she found an arm that looked similar to the one good one remaining, replaced it, adjusted them well and I’m wearing them once again. Told her I will be returning for new glasses soon as it is my pleasure to do so with a business that went above and beyond. My sincere thanks...awesome people❣️

This optician is a brilliant man. He offers educational information about how your glasses are truly supposed to work in order to give you the proper fit, look and best vision possible. His establishment is pure quality! I’ve worn glasses since age 5; now in my 60s. I know good products and I love my latest purchase!
