Old Fashion unbelievable service. The tech was Keith and he was absolutely amazing. He had time to talk to me about cleaning some upholstery and with the possible outcome could could be. He also assessed my area rugs that had some pet stains on them and again inform me of what I could possibly exit for the results. I appreciate that and with eyes wide opened the work was started. The actual results were wonderful. Keith took his time and did a FIVE STAR job. I will definitely use Meeks Family ChemDry in the future.

I've used Meeks Chem Dry for the second time this week and their rep, Keith, was very personable and did a great job. This is the second time I've use Meeks, but found out that my wife had used them in the past at our former home in the Arboretum area. Keith was knowledgeable, friendly, and did a great job for us. Keith arrived on time, carefully described his plan, and then executed it promptly and did a great job. On their last visit, they also cleaned our ottomans and they now look like new. Good people, great servie.

Wife was at the home during the job and had nothing but great things to say, the guy she worked with was precise, calling out stains and marks as either pets or not. And doing a detailed search and assessment of all of the carpets. Floor dried really fast, maybe a few hours. Additional went above and beyond to help my wife after she left from letting him in and seeing how this new house of ours we just closed on was left and took it upon himself to sweep out our garage from all the dirt and debris left. Amazing job would recommend! Oh and the whole house smelled great and fresh from the cleaning. Completely different than a regular steam cleaning company.

Excellent work! My dog had a major accident on my stairs…literally the only area of my house that has carpet…and we didn’t find it for two days. I knew there was no way I could get it cleaned. They came out and cleaned my stairs for me. There is absolutely no smell of urine. I’m so grateful.
