Old Fashion unbelievable service. The tech was Keith and he was absolutely amazing. He had time to talk to me about cleaning some upholstery and with the possible outcome could could be. He also assessed my area rugs that had some pet stains on them and again inform me of what I could possibly exit for the results. I appreciate that and with eyes wide opened the work was started.
The actual results were wonderful. Keith took his time and did a FIVE STAR job.

I've used Meeks Chem Dry for the second time this week and their rep, Keith, was very personable and did a great job. This is the second time I've use Meeks, but found out that my wife had used them in the past at our former home in the Arboretum area. Keith was knowledgeable, friendly, and did a great job for us. Keith arrived on time, carefully described his plan, and then executed it promptly and did a great job. On their last visit, they also cleaned our ottomans and they now look like new. Good people, great servie.
