Customer service extremely rude. Called to ask if they accepted my insurance and specifically said at the beginning of the call that I was looking for a contact lens appointment. She asked me twice in a rude tone what I wanted.

Absolutely irresponsible service. Daughter misdiagnosed with AK, and received improper care leading to irreversible damage to her 18 year old eye. The doctors did not show proper attention, communication or care. We are devastated at the effects this will have on our daughter for the rest of her life. We strongly caution anyone from visiting this location .

Surgery was very successful. The follow up after each surgery was very hurried. The OD in charge of the follow up was in an extreme rush to be on his way. He would not let me finish either of the two question/statements. He lacked a bedside manner. That being said, I would return to Texan Eye Center again.
