I just made a call to this excellent company and had a lovely conversation with a kind woman that completely covered all of the information I was seeking without having to talk first to a recorded message from England or elsewhere.

This is obviously an honest company with excellent moral dignity. Please, if you have to find a company for this type of service DO NOT call ANYONE else, especially if someone from another country picks up the first number you try.
