I love this place! I’ve been a member for I think shy of a year and I have plans of staying:) Lisa runs a tight ship!! This place is clean, friendly, and now it smells like home lol My back went out about a year and a half ago and this place has been a great addition as I had to cancel my regular gym membership. This place has been a life saver. Again, it’s always so clean. The staff here do a wonderful job!!

Editing to add, Lisa reached out and was amazing. She got everything sorted with the charges! I still wouldn’t recommend if you’re 6’+ like me, so 4 stars just for that and the lack of variability with the workouts and frequently broken equipment, but Lisa is truly great and always so quick to fix things! I just wish everyone at this location was in her level! ****** I liked it here enough while I had a membership and Lisa is amazing. I just wanted to say I was completely impressed with Shay's Customer service. She was extremely friendly, welcoming, professional, knowledgeable, and my interaction with her was a breath of fresh air. She is definitely a valuable asset to your company and I appreciate her for making me feel comfortable /welcomed to the Hotworks family
