Delighted to meet Jessica who had only been a voice on the phone. Soooo helpful. Then Sarah let me know what tov expect and afterward, she was helpful again. Masiah was very skilled at the exam. Good patient rapport very professional. And of course Dr Birkmann was his usual wonderful practitioner and a joy to deal with. He answered all my questions. Everything he told me last year was accurate and he explained it then and then now. Nice to have this kind of confidence in my doctors!!

It was a totally wonderful experience beginning with Jessica by phone several days before. Then Jodi and Hannah and Sara were amazing. Dr. Mark is a remarkable clinician and educator. I learned things about my eyes that I wish I had been taught years before. In addition, he is attentive and an excellent listener. He helped me find a retina doc for my DRY AMD and get the referral started which was welcomed by my primary doctor as well. THANK YOU
