AMAZING staff! My youngest brother is an Autistic adult, so doctors appointments can be overwhelming for everyone including the staff. They were so patient with him and accommodated our situation with such grace! The receptionist Micheal was excellent, made an effort to engage with him so I could focus on my own appointment. Will definitely continue to book with America's best.

We had such a wonderful experience with Matthew at America’s Best in Georgetown. From the moment we walked in, he took the time to clearly walk my dad through every step of the eye exam process, making sure he felt comfortable and informed.

What truly meant the most to our family was the care and patience Matthew showed while helping my dad choose the perfect pair of readers and prescription sunglasses. My mom always used to help him with these decisions, and since her untimely passing, this was our first time navigating it without her. Matthew stepped in with such kindness and genuine attentiveness—it didn’t go unnoticed.

I bought transition lenses in defective frames at the San Marco location. They didn’t seem interested in helping me. $300 pair of glasses I couldn’t wear. Went in this location, manager took right proper care of me immediately. I did not get her name. Excellent service from the second I walked in the door.
