Had an AC problems for months. Another company came to check our unit twice. 1st time told us it was electrical. Charged us a service fee for nothing. AC started to work again; however, it stopped. Again, we called the company, because they were listed on our warranty. Another service person came and told us we needed a fan and a condenser, and it would cost almost $1000. Who has that kind of money during these times? He left, again charging the service fee. I remembered my church coworker's husband did AC and decided to call them. Unbelievable! Mr. Randy has been my ac guy for years. He is always punctual when I need him to check out the unit. He is also very polite and very quick to reply to my texts or calls, sometimes even fitting me in within the same day. If you need an ac man ... Mr. Randy is your guy! Satisfied customer for life! 5 out of 5 wishing I could give more stars!

I had a fantastic experience with this team for AC/heat repairs. They are incredibly honest and transparent, offering only what you truly need. They also provide excellent guidance on maintaining your system for longevity. I highly recommend Randy, Frank and Vino for any HVAC needs!!!!!!
