Had an AC problems for months. Another company came to check our unit twice. 1st time told us it was electrical. Charged us a service fee for nothing. AC started to work again; however, it stopped. Again, we called the company, because they were listed on our warranty. Another service person came and told us we needed a fan and a condenser, and it would cost almost $1000. Who has that kind of money during these times? He left, again charging the service fee. I remembered my church coworker's husband did AC and decided to call them. Unbelievable! I can't say enough about this professional family owned business. I personally have used Franks Heating and AC for over 8 years. They are reliable, timely, and ensure that you are satisfied and educated on all quality products that you purchase whether your getting a repair or new system. On a late friday afternoon it's was 95* outside and my thermostat reading was at 88* in the house. It was blowing hot air in the house. I placed a call and they came to my home within 1.5 hours.
