Had an AC problems for months. Another company came to check our unit twice. 1st time told us it was electrical. Charged us a service fee for nothing. AC started to work again; however, it stopped. Again, we called the company, because they were listed on our warranty. Another service person came and told us we needed a fan and a condenser, and it would cost almost $1000. Who has that kind of money during these times? He left, again charging the service fee. I remembered my church coworker's husband did AC and decided to call them. Unbelievable! They came out that same evening on their way home from a job. Randy put in a part, and MAGIC, our AC has been working ever since. I cannot tell you how thankful we are to Frank and Randy. Very professional, courteous, caring and thoughtful. They were a godsend.
