I have been coming to this facility for almost 8 years off and on. The doctors themselves have always been extremely kind and professional (especially Dr. Cody and Dr. Otto) but the office staff can be an absolute nightmare sometimes. The front desk phone is rarely answered, and when signing in onsite the front desk ladies can very short/rude for no reason.

My family and I have used the Family Medical Center for many years. No matter who we see.. the doctors, PAs, nurses we have found them to be highly professional and compassionate. I especially appreciate that the clinic is open on Saturday mornings and that they allow walk-ins. Very appreciative of Dr. Snook and the team at FMC.

I’m very happy to have found FMC. I see Emily Gonzalez and she is always caring, thorough and doesn’t rush through your appt. Im impressed by how knowledgeable she is for her young age and I know she has a great future awaiting her. I also saw Marc Wauson one time and he was great as well, my husband now goes to him! Yes it’s difficult to get someone to answer the phone but if you leave a message they you usually call back quickly. Or the app they have is great, you can message for an appt or message your PA or Dr. :)
