Called DTC to do a check on an older unit. Andrew did a great job: detailed, answered all my questions, provided pictures and made one repair that might give me a smooth ac season. I joined their annual inspection program. Highly recommend.
DTC has the most knowledgeable technicians who are able to diagnose difficult issues. We had 2 other companies come out and mis-diagnose the problem before we got DTC, who took the time to figure everything out. Highly recommend!!
Honest and credible. An asset to DTC. While not experts by any stretch of the imagination, we did our homework. He dis not try to spin us a tale and gave it to us straight. WE WILL work with DTC again.
