I love the place it feels welcoming staff is great to check you in I had a treatment with Emily for almost a year she took care of me and my skin I’m super happy with the results and I also got a lip filler through the process it was a plus must to spoil me very happy with everything I had at this place love the products and I recommend 100 percent the skin program was a really must to have it’s a piggy bank there to continue giving you while keep booking appointments had nothing to worry it cover my appointments. I will be back in a future to get some other things.

Have been a couple of times and this time it was so unsettling! My appointments are 3 months ,I called last week to confirm and yet right after providing me with the usual, bam I get a $200 increase charge 75% increase. That is something I should have been told before the appointment so I could have decided that was ok for me to pay. So deceptive! !!!!! Great way to lose a client !

I can honestly say after the experiences I have had at Aurora Medical Spa, I’ll never utilize another location. Not only are the staff incredibly kind and attentive, but the knowledge level and experience is exactly what the standards should be for the industry. I have never had any interaction at this location that was less than exemplary.
